the whole calm bed building with 5 floors , the fifth floor for the sewing cover with about 100 stations and sewing machine. all of the worker with mask in order to the ash not directly enter into mouth and nose,all of the arer pay attention on work, no body speaking , the wages are calculated by the number of pieces . 

the Fourth floor is our pp cotton filling and package floor , with 2 big opener for the cotton, the work measure the weight one by one and filing it . 

after  filling the cotton , one maseter will sewing the cover completely . 

the first QC will one by one cheacking the quality , then turn to second QC check again . 

after QC check then turn to package line . our worker with 3 compress vacumm machine and with 1 auto roll-up machine . the bed will one by one compress then package into the carton . 

the third floor for the materil cuting ,all of the cover and inner fabric cut from our matster . 

the second floor for the dog bed warehouse , all of the calm bed with carton one by one , one by one  tray to keep for waiting for load the container . 

the first floor for the material warehouse and for donut bed delivery .
