why we package by compress vacuum and roll-up for donut bed ?

  As we know a good product can't leave the package way , package way also important for donut bed .

  Most of our calming pet bed sale to Amazon , website customer, shopify,ebays, the package way will direct effect the ship cost . that is very important for customer . 

  the bed after package the cubic still are big , so we found by compress vacuum machine the cubic will reduce two thirds,greatly reducted the transportation cost .

before 1 carton only could put 10pcs donut bed , now 1 carton can keep 25pcs , average to each unit the cost are cheaper .  the compress vacuum package are popular for the bed , 

After several times of transportation, we found that the vacuum-packed kennel has been transported for a long time, and the air in the kennel will slowly soak in, so that the compressed package will slowly expand and the volume will gradually increase. 

, so that the outer carton is deformed, and the size of the package will become larger, which will still increase the cost of transportation.

 How can we reduce the cost of transportation?

After repeated experiments and attempts, our colleagues discovered a new roll packaging machine, which can be automatically compressed, and then rolled up for packaging. After placing the rolled kennel for 2 months, it was found that the package would not swell, and the package would not Deformation, thus reducing transportation costs 。

We tested it first, and slowly found that this packaging method is OK, and then recommended it to our first customer. The customer decided to try it immediately after seeing that it could save costs, and then slowly the second customer, the third customer..... .I like this kind of roll packaging. This kind of packaging not only saves cost, but also the independent packaging is very beautiful.
